What a fantastic property! the interior was beautiful, with lovely artwork and thoughtful touches throughout. the cottage felt like a home away from home, and the extensive cleaning checklist assured us of its cleanliness in these times. the location was excellent, near all the amenities and places of interest. the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy cooking during our stay. the owners clearly care about their guests' experience, and it showed in the quality of the furnishings and decor. the top room with the spiral staircase was a fun surprise, and would be perfect for children to enjoy as a "secret room". the heating was toasty-warm, and the hot water was plentiful. This was by far the best holiday cottage or apartment we've ever stayed in!
There really wasn't much to dislike about our experience. If I had to nitpick, I would have preferred an outdoor space to enjoy, and some blinds on the ground floor windows for privacy and the option to see outside.

It made it very convenient to explore the local attractions. . the cottage was beautifully renovated and decorated to a very high standard. the spacious rooms, good, quality furniture, and fine decor added a touch of luxury to our stay. the kitchen was well, equipped with matching crockery, cutlery, and utensils, making it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals together as a family.
The lack of outside space or opening windows downstairs made it quite warm and stuffy inside, especially during the sunny days. We had to bring our own room fans to keep cool.

The cottage was excellently located, close to all the amenities and places of interest. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with high-quality furniture. The heating was warm and the water hot, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable stay.
The lack of outdoor space. It would have been nice to have a private outdoor area to relax in.

Great value for money, the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a lovely surprise attic lounge. The location was perfect, centrally located in a quiet historic part of town. The staff were helpful and accommodating.
Menu for breakfast could have been more varied with a few additional options.

The lack of outdoor space and privacy coating on the ground floor windows may be disappointing for some guests.
